At FolkPleats, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at 📧 folkpleatsofficials@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  2. Once your return request is approved, ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product shipped.
  3. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be initiated.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return process.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps outlined in the Return Process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
