Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Return Process
- Contact us at 📧 folkpleatsofficials@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Once your return request is approved, ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product shipped.
- Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be initiated.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return process.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps outlined in the Return Process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
